I can't tell you how important it is to make sure to keep your health in check. It's more than going to the doctor and getting a check up. I decided to get a complete wellness blood test and the results were eye opening.
I knew there were some things going on, but I couldn't pinpoint it. Being a breast cancer survivor, I encountered side effects from radiation treatment and deficiencies that my doctors did not identify. I was advised to see a nutritionist, but I didn’t. After a couple of years of feeling completely run down, I decided I needed to do something about it. While browsing my emails, I found an email from True Self Total Health announcing that beginning January 2015, there would be a webinar series entitled “Jump Start Your Health Series”. I signed up and found the series to be very informative and extremely helpful.
The series discussed healing and gut digestion, blood sugar, thyroid, and adrenals. Upon completion of the accompanying scorecard assessments, I realized I was experiencing most, if not all of the symptoms described in the scorecards. The assessments were easy to complete and they accurately described my symptoms identifying serious health issues and hormonal imbalances in my body.
As a result of the health issues identified in the assessment scorecards, I decided that I needed to sign up for a program. It has changed my life. Under the direction of Ms. St. Clair, I’ve made significant changes in my eating habits. I am getting the quality and proper amount of nutrients and vitamins needed for my body. I feel so much better; my energy level has returned and I have lost weight! My mental clarity is much better as well. I am learning about food, enzymes, probiotics, lemon water, etc. One of my biggest takeaways from the series is the realization that what you put in your body can and will harm you.
There is hope! You just have to get tired of being sick and tired! I give many thanks to Ms. St. Clair, who genuinely cares and educates her clients.

I know you love what you do; I could feel that. 🙂 I would have loved to have gotten this after we ended as I've had Lynn, Jane, and Dr. Ritamarie this year with ERC, so my mind is just full of support and guidance of all types, but I'm taking some steps back in time and these are the points I remember. 🙂
What worked perfectly for me is that you met me ‘where I was' and you supported me in an area that I had not really dove into much - the emotional part. I had worked on it in other ways, but you taught me and explained so I understood the impact of my emotions and my health. My first year of ERC, a lot of negative physical stuff showed up; you held my hand and helped me to see the importance of releasing emotional blocks and trauma. I truly appreciated you giving me baby steps into this area as it can be scary. I realize now this year that I don't have as much fear to dive deeper. I believe it's all that you shared and taught me that first year.
You provided us with so many great tools that were easy and quick to use. I truly appreciated your prompt reply to all my journals and really being in tune with where I was. You shared so many insightful quotes and had great follow-up e-mails from our monthly calls.
I also learned I was left brain dominant and how to start to create more balance and utilize the right brain. I still color, which is one of my favorite tools you gave me to shift more towards the right brain.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you and your support exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could have worked better (and this isn't 'you'), but I gained more from our 1:1 sessions than our group sessions. I feel this is more about me though as I'm not comfortable sharing in the group session, so I tend to be more quiet and listen.
I truly learned a lot, Toni, and I've saved all your wonderful e-mails and enjoy going back through and reading all the positive energies you sent my way.
