A tip to tame your Spring allergies.
Eliminate food allergens. For me, dairy was the primary culprit. I removed ALL dairy from my diet. Not just the overt forms of dairy like milk, cheese, and creamers, but anything that’s made with dairy. There are so many dairy free substitutes, you probably won’t miss it. Be diligent about reading labels if you’re consuming packaged goods. Do this for 2-3 days and I guarantee you’ll feel better!

Almond milk is a wonderful dairy substitute. Drink it plain, or use it as a base for smoothies. Making it yourself will boost the nutrition and eliminate preservatives found in packaged milk.
