Wheel of Life Exercise

Feeling fabulous at forty requires balance in all aspects of our lives. We can’t afford to neglect any of them if we want to feel whole, healthy and satisfied. The Wheel of Life or Life Wheel is commonly used by life coaches to identify what’s off balance. Balance is personal and unique to each individual. What may be satisfying or balanced for some, may be stressful and boring for others. The exercise raises awareness and allows you to plan a life that is more satisfying and closer to YOUR definition of balance so that you can express your truest and highest self and achieve optimum health and feel fabulous at forty and forever!
