Probiotics are allies for daily detox!
Probiotic-rich foods include fermented foods like kimchi, dairy-free yogurt. One of my favorite probiotics, Renew Life 50 Billion, is a great overall probiotic. This company also has high strain CPU probiotics, if you are battling more severe digestive issues or food intolerances.
